To register, you will need:
  • Your social security number (SSN)
    • OR
  • The Member ID number that is on the front of your Neighborhood ID card:

    Based on what plan you have, the card design may vary.
    In most cases the Member ID number should be near the top left (but for some plans it might be near the top right).
